Biodiesel Production Slips
The National Biodiesel Board late April reported a first-quarter 2012 EPA production figure of 236 million gallons, compared with a record tally of nearly 1.1 billion gallons for all of 2012 – before the federal tax credit of $1 per gallon was allowed to expire. The organization continues to urge that the credit be restored. Separately, NBB has slated its 2013 National Biodiesel Conference & Expo for February 4-7 in Las Vegas. Booth 449.
